The Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) has alerted motorists planning to use the Nairobi- Nakuru Highway of heavy traffic from Rironi. The authority said the traffic is caused by increased travel for festivities.

” Motorists are advised to maintain lane discipline and refrain from overlapping to prevent additional congestion. They can also use alternative routes. Further updates will be provided as we monitor the situation. KeNHA wishes you all safe travels, ” the authority stated.

Meanwhile, traffic police are managing the situation.
