The Nairobi Anti-Corruption Court has dismissed a tax evasion complaint filed against Communications Authority (CA) Chairperson Appointee Mary Wambui.

Wambui, who was appointed by President William Ruto to serve as CA Chairperson in December 2022, was charged with evading Ksh2.2 billion in taxes.
