Printcare Packaging Ltd, a prominent global print and packaging firm, has chosen Africa Logistics Properties (ALP) West Logistics Park in Limuru as the site for its new plant, aligning with a growing trend among multinational corporations seeking advanced logistics solutions in Africa.

ALP consistently experiences sustained demand for its warehousing space throughout the year. The investment by Printcare Packaging Ltd in the new plant is set at USD 10.0 million (KES 1.5 billion), initially occupying 75,000.0 square meters of space.

The first phase of the project is anticipated to employ 100 individuals, with plans to expand to 150 employees in the second phase.

The surge in demand for top-tier warehouses in Africa has resulted in an 80.0% occupancy rate in Kenya’s purpose-built facilities. ALP West Logistics Park’s strategic location, modern infrastructure, and unparalleled services position it as the preferred destination for businesses seeking efficient and cutting-edge logistics solutions.
