The High Court has further postponed the pronouncement of judgment in the legal proceedings involving Joseph Irungu, also known as Jowie, and former television star Jacque Maribe.

“There’s no provision for virtual today and if you tell me you’re unwell, I don’t know where you are. The integrity of the court proceedings must be observed. I would rather have an open court appearance,” court said.
According to the court, the inquiry was made about the delivery of the judgment, and it was noted that the court is unavailable for the entire months of January and February upon examining the diary.
The judge added that she will be taking a break from the course has been taken from February 8 to March 8, 2024, for the purpose of writing judgments. She further urged the accused parties to be available on March 15, and it is stated that adequate time will be needed for the delivery of the judgment.
