President Ruto Friday gazetted a tribunal to probe Cherera and commissioners Justus Nyang’aya, Francis Wanderi and Irine Masit over mishandling the August 9th presidential election.
Justus Nyang’aya resigned on Friday after the gazettement of the tribunal in a letter written to President Ruto.
“It is with a heavy heart that I tender my resignation as a commissioner of the IEBC effective today.” wrote Nyang’aya.
