Superior Homes have launched a 100-acre luxury project within Swara Plains Conservancy in Machakos County that will comprise of high-end residential houses and serviced plots.

Dubbed ‘Lukenya Wildlife Estate’, the project will comprise of half, one acre and one and a half acre parcels. Investors of the project will have an opportunity to self-build their homes as they enjoy the true nature of bush living.

Lukenya Wildlife Estate, which is part of Swara Plains, offers scenic views and is home to an abundance of wildlife, which roam freely among the sparsely populated areas, the hills and the extensive savannah grasslands, offering investors a one-of-a-kind living.

Speaking during the launch, Superior Homes Kenya Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Shiv Arora noted that the new venture showcases the developer’s commitment to offer quality and unique real estate products for their investors.

Homes in Lukenya Wildlife Estate will be designed to make it easy for them to integrate into the surroundings. To ensure that the architecture fits perfectly with the landscape there will be architectural guidelines to ensure that all homes have homogeneous structural designs so as to guarantee minimal light pollution and to have indigenous landscaping designs.
