Network International, the prominent enabler of digital commerce across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region, has announced the appointment of Mpho Sadiki as the Group Managing Director for Merchant Solutions in Africa.

His appointment is aimed at fortifying the Network’s presence in the African market and further solidifying its position as a leader in digital commerce solutions. In his new role, he will be responsible for managing the merchant solutions line of business across Network’s African markets.
A seasoned fintech professional he has over 15 years of executive management experience in the Financial Services and Payments industry and will bring a wealth of expertise to this new role. His background includes a tenure as the Chief Product Officer at Bankserv Africa, where he successfully oversaw product management and led various verticals, including Card, EFT, Real-time Payments, Fraud, and Cash Management services.
Prior to his role at Bankserv Africa, Sadiki held key positions at Nedbank and Deloitte, where he managed their product and sales teams. With a primary focus on delivering innovative payment solutions to both wholesale and consumer clients.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science from the University of Witwatersrand and an MBA from Wits Business School.
