The award recognizes MIA’s competence in customer service following a difficult period for the aviation business defined by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Notwithstanding the challenges, MIA has maintained a focus on the customer experience, displaying its dedication to offering travelers with the best traveling experience.

“These awards, which are chosen by travelers, are supported by the airport community, which includes airport staff and a number of other stakeholders. I congratulate Moi International Airport’s whole crew on their victory at the Airport Service Quality Awards “Director General of ACI World, Luis Felipe de Oliveira, praised MIA for the accomplishment in a statement.

“At KAA, we never stop working to exceed our customers’ expectations and improve their overall experience. We truly appreciate our customers’ insightful comments, which have inspired us to keep enhancing our customer service.” Alex Gitari, the managing director of the Kenya Airports Authority, added expressing his gratitude for the recognition.
