Bad news to those traveling through Kenya Airways for the festive season, as they may have their flights interrupted for two weeks.

The company has announced that some of its planes may remain grounded during the period owing to the challenges of acquiring aircraft spare parts.

The Chief Executive Officer and managing director of the company, Allan Kilavuka, stated in a statement that the airline will be extending flight grounding times as a safety measure because of the worldwide crisis.
