Erdemann Property Limited has officially initiated the construction of a substantial residential development, comprising 3,110 apartments, in Athi River, Machakos County. The project, identified as Greatwall Gardens, phase six, was introduced during a ceremony attended by Machakos Governor Wavinya Ndeti.

At the event, Erdemann Property Limited declared that upon its conclusion, the development will emerge as the tallest residential building in Machakos County, underscoring the company’s dedication to inventive and ambitious real estate endeavors.

Zeyun Yang, Erdemann’s Managing Director, acknowledged the challenges stemming from the depreciation of the Kenyan shilling, resulting in heightened import costs within the construction industry. Despite these obstacles, Yang affirmed Erdemann’s resolute commitment to delivering top-notch developments that contribute positively to the socio-economic development of the region.

The Greatwall Gardens project represents a noteworthy achievement in Erdemann’s portfolio, reinforcing the company’s reputation for transformative and pioneering real estate initiatives. Beyond reshaping the skyline of Machakos County, the residential development is anticipated to serve as a symbol of the construction industry’s resilience in the face of economic challenges.
