Cytonn Launches Hospitality Company Focused On Serviced Apartments

CySuites, the hospitality affiliate of Cytonn Group, has officially launched CySuites Hospitality at their CySuites Apartment Hotel – Westlands, a serviced apartment hotel management company, in a bid to realize it’s vision of creating the leading brand of serviced apartment hotels in Kenya. CySuites hospitality seeks to optimize managerial and operational efficiency of serviced apartment hotels on behalf of owners and investors.

Present during the launch, was the Cytonn Group Chair, Prof Daniel Mugendi, who noted that “Cytonn group focuses on three key areas; Real Estates, Investments and Hospitality. Under Hospitality, the focus is on the niche area of serviced apartment’s hotel”

Also speaking during the launch, CySuites Brand and Marketing Team lead, Veronicah Mungai noted that “CySuites Hospitality was keen on partnering with investors looking to invest in the hospitality sector particularly serviced apartments hotels. It also seeks to leverage on a collective market share and brand visibility as well as to create a stellar industry standard. She further highlighted that “as the hospitality industry continues to recover from the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, the demand for serviced apartments especially in Nairobi continues to grow as the city remains the most preferred destination for regional business headquarters as well as international summits with most Corporates  preferring to host their staff in serviced apartment hotels”

Aside from providing guidance on day to day operations, CySuites Hospitality is able to provide solutions at every stage of the serviced apartment hotel development process; this includes research driven location identification, property development, pre-opening and the official launch of the property.

The flagship property is CySuites Apartment Hotel~ Westland’s, a serviced apartment complex located along Church road in Westlands. The apartment hotel offers various product offerings including: accommodation in its fully furnished 1&2-bedroom apartments, an all-day dining restaurant “The Hive restaurant & bar”, a heated swimming pool, meeting & event spaces, a gym “CyFit gym” as well as travel through CySuites Travel.
