Andrew Bulemi Ukiru Appointed To Cytonn’s Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee

Cytonn Investments Management Plc has announced the appointment of Andrew Bulemi Ukiru to the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee. Andrew Bulemi brings with him a wealth of experience in Finance, Audit, tax, System reviews and accounting services to the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee of the Board of Cytonn Investments Management Plc.

Andrew is a Deputy CEO and partner at Mbaya & Associates. He has over 17 years in the field of finance, audit, tax, system reviews and accounting services at local and international fronts.

Andrew has previously served as a director and also the National chairman of Mhasibu SACCO Society Ltd; Director of Finance and Operations, Simba International Finance; and he was also Vice president and International executive member GMN Africa and International.

In addition to Cytonn Investments Plc, Andrew Bulemi also sits on the boards of Amplify Change Fund (United Kingdom and Global), and LGV Group Africa. Andrew is a member of the ICPAK and currently serves in the Practitioners Development Committee. He is also a member of the Institute of Directors (Kenya)

He has an MSc in Accounting and Finance from Kenya College of Accountancy, Bachelor of commerce; Accounting Catholic University of Eastern Africa and is also a CPA.
