The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) has announced the reopening of its portal for the final revision of course choices, marking the second round of revisions.

This initiative targets applicants who have yet to secure a course or submit their selections. According to an official notice, the portal will remain open until April 25, 2024, facilitating applications to unfilled programs in universities, TVET institutions, and Kenya Medical Training Colleges (KMTC).

The agency advises applicants who have already secured a course not to log in but to await the release of placement results after all applications are processed.

The first revision, which ran from March 18 to April 4, provided an opportunity for students who had not previously applied for courses to do so.

Additionally, it allowed applicants who had not secured any course to reapply. The initial application window, held between February and March of the current year, enabled 2023 candidates with scores above C+ to submit their applications.

Furthermore, individuals who completed Form Four with a KCSE mean grade from 2000 to 2023 and have not yet enrolled in a tertiary institution are eligible to apply for a TVET course.
