M-Pesa is presently encountering a service disruption. Upon attempting a transaction via M-Pesa, a notification appeared, stating, “The parameters of data sources are null.” The identical error occurred when attempting transactions through the M-Pesa mobile application.
“M-PESA is undergoing scheduled maintenance,” the pop-up indicated.
In a statement, Safaricom has announced its efforts to resolve a technological glitch responsible for delays in customer transactions, including sending, receiving, and making payments through the M-Pesa service.
Users attempting to utilize the service have been notified of a continuous service enhancement process.
