Energy Cabinet Secretary Davis Chirchir has been ranked the worst-performing cabinet secretary in a poll conducted by Trends and Insights for Africa (TIFA) in a survey of public opinion data on the performance of the Kenya Kwanza government.

Chirchir was the least promising CS, after scoring 19%.

Fuel prices and recent nationwide power outages were blamed for CS Chirchir’s low rating.
