The price per litre of petrol, diesel and kerosene will by Ksh9.90, the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority(EPRA) has announced in the April 2022 fuel prices review.

Super Petrol will now retail at Ksh144.62, diesel at Ksh125.50, and kerosene at Ksh113.44 per litre.

According to EPRA Director-General Daniel Kiptoo the prices are fairest thanks to the fuel subsidy programme.Kiptoo said that with the absence of the fuel subsidy, super petrol and diesel was to retail at Ksh173 and Ksh144. 62 respectively.
