The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission, EACC, is the constitutional commission charged with the responsibility of investigating and arraigning people suspected of corruption cases. However, the commission’s biggest challenge is the inability to access information needed to commence investigations over a particular case.

To increase reportage, EACC engages members of the public, government departments and agencies to help it get information on corruption.

Anonymous Method

The commission has a standardized whistleblower system known as BKMS, which ensures the identity of a reporter remains anonymous. The system was developed to help individuals who fear being identified. The platform uses modern technology to secure the identity of users submitting reports.

To report a case using the BKMS system, visit the commission website at www.eacc.go.ke

By Email

Kenyans who come across behaviours that can harm the nation can also report such cases through EACC’s email below.

report@integrity.go.ke

By Phone

If a witness wishes to report the case via a mobile phone, they can use the report centre hotline numbers listed below:

(020) – 2717468 / 0727 285663 / 0733 520641

In Person

In-person reporters can visit the commission’s headquarters at Integrity Centre, located at Jakaya Kikwete/Valley Road Junction.
