Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has urged Governors to collaborate with the National Government to provide services at Huduma Centres, ensuring citizens can access both local and national services conveniently.

Speaking during the launch of the Makutano Huduma Centre in Ngobit, Laikipia East, Laikipia County, Gachagua also encouraged counties to utilize online platforms to enhance service efficiency.

Gachagua emphasized that the 53 Huduma centers nationwide can assist counties in delivering both physical and online services. These centers, located across 33 counties, offer over 130 services, and approximately 60,000 individuals utilize them daily.

At the same time, the Deputy President also asked Members of the National Government to ride on the co-funding model between the Constituency and the National Government in establishing Huduma Jitume Digital Centres across the country.
